    Go Zags!!!

One cool thing that happened this year, is Eminem came to Spokane and the Kennel to see them play Michigan State.. At least his trip wasn't wasted, Michigan State was one of the Zags two losses.

Michigan has lost very possible way at Indiana over the past 15 years. It happened again Thursday night. Christian Watford scored 25 points, Cody Zeller had 18 and Zack Novak's desperation heave bounced high off the backboard, sealing a 73-71 victory for No. 12 Indiana.

I'm a Missouri fan, so that would just have made me feel like I got kicked in the nuts twice.

    The Sports Stripe

In 1992, Duke University stole the national limelight from the Fab Five of the Michigan Wolverines in the championship game.

In 2001, Duke once again stole the limelight, this time from Arizona University in the championship game.

Michigan University and Arizona University are both great schools, and social investments in athletics programs creates all sorts of intrigue between prestige-driven universities such as Duke and meritocracy-driven universities such as Michigan and Arizona U.

Who said sports can't bring mature and objective attention to education?

[So...will Duke repeat such a trend by stealing the limelight from Kentucky University in this year's championship game?]
