Libtards are projecting their own racism when they say there's institutionalized racism in america against blacks.
There is institutionalized racism against whites. You hear it referred to as "affirmative action" and "diversity."
The libtard in the video couldn't come up with a single example of racism against blacks, yet he'll still make it a core belief. Black cops shoot more unarmed suspects than white cops. Cops shoot more whites than blacks. Where's the evidence of racism against blacks? It's all bull sh1t in the racist minds of libtards (Democrats).
The libtard in question sites this as his redpill moment.

Just because one black man believes the way he does, it does not change the everyday experiences of a host of other black people. And asking someone for proof is like asking someone to prove that God exists. If someone shouts up to the sky, “God if you’re real strike me down right now,” and he doesn’t get an answer, is that proof that God does not exist? It is a matter of personal experience that makes something real.
I know a black man who has been working for a toy company for over 20 years. He is by far one of the most knowledgeable and valuable employees. However, when a managerial position opens up, they make him train someone else for the job. He has trained 3 managers and has never been offered the position himself. I don’t know what some people call that, but I know what I call it.
I know a black woman who took her teenage son to a new school and they insisted upon seeing him that he should go into vocational, not academic classes. They said they did not want him to get discouraged by the difficulty of the classes. I don’t know what some people call that, but I know what I call it.
I know a young black man who worked for several years for a company and was given a promotion. However, they refused to give him the extra money that went along with it. When they finally agreed to give it to him, and he asked about it being retroactive for the months he worked at the lower wage, they fired him. I don’t know what some people call that, but I know what I call it.
I’ve worked places where the employer was looking to hire someone and if the resume looked like a “black” name or if the person sounded “black” on the phone, they were not even considered. I don’t know what some people call that, but I know what I call it.
I watched an interview with a white police officer who left the force because he refused to walk the blue line when it came to police brutality. He said that systemic racism invades education, availability of housing, hiring and policing. This is from a man who lived it. I don’t know what kind of life the guy on the video lived.

She's just trying to make a buck off of the ignorant by perpetuating the "victim" schpeil.I know a black man who has been working for a toy company for over 20 years. People tend to find whatever they look for, even if you have to imagine it. Maybe that black guy is not getting into management because he does so well what he does and the company doesn't think he's be nearly as good a manager as what he is now. Maybe they only make managers of people with college degrees. Maybe that black guy isn't half the man you think his, but you're looking at him through your racist prejudice. There are white people all over the country who feel repeatedly passed over for promotion.
Your speculation on anecdotal evidence is stupid.
If you want to prove racism, prove is statistically and objectively, or point to programs and policies with blatant racially discriminatory purpose. E.g. to get into some top colleges blacks need 1050 on an SAT while whites need 1300. Or, look at companies with AA or Diversity programs. Oops, except all this is systematic discrimination against whites. You need to get over your ignorant racism.

blacks are more racist than whites
I hope I copied this video correctly. This is a data scientist explaining his extensive research into inequities in Pennsylvania's school funding.I know a black man who has been working for a toy company for over 20 years. blacks are more racist than whites
I dare say that this goes on in lots of states but no one has bothered to do the math. I also think that some laws that are on the books are carefully worded so as not to appear racist, but when they are executed they effect black/brown people disproportionately, ie. the bail laws which leave some poor people in jail days, months, even years waiting for trial and they haven't even been found guilty, and the inequity in the crack and cocaine punishment, which give the same sentence for possession of 1 gram of crack and 18 grams of cocaine. Guess where most of the crack is found and guess where most of the cocaine is found.
blacks commit hate crimes at TWICE the rate of whites--not more--but TWICEblacks are more racist than whites
All whites....every single one of them.....is a Nazi White Supremacist and a serial killer

Now do you see how ignorant your statement is?
SOME blacks are more racist. Some whites are more racist.
