Either way, the GOP is now in a fight for it's very survival. The 25% liberal, 60% moderate & 15% conservative makeup of the current GOP has split the GOP into useless scattered factions of incompetence. With loony's like below... Will the GOP go the way of the old Whig party? Unless the Libertarian influence can hammer in some common sense into the GOP constituency, I see the GOP as a non existent, or at least irrelevant party within eight to ten years.
