Last June, Speaker of the House John Boehner announced his intention to sue President Obama for his failure to implement the Affordable Care Act as enacted by Congress (which Speaker Boehner has been working night and day to have repealed); and, in July, the House of Representatives voted to "authorize" this lawsuit against the president. And, more recently, the House of Representatives voted to approve the hiring of counsel to file this action and represent Speaker Boehner at the rate of $500.00 per hour.

To date, the lawsuit has not been filed. Why? Because the lawsuit has no basement. It is, as President Obama correctly captioned it: "a political stunt."

Well, that the right for you. All they do is waste money chasing rabbits, and then have the audacity to tell us they are worried about all the money that Obama is spending.
