    This is a real head-scratcher.

    One the one hand...

Obama: End Tax Breaks For Companies Sending Jobs Overseas

With U.S. unemployment mired at 9.5 percent and Democrats expecting big losses in congressional elections, President Obama is campaigning for new tax laws that he says will keep jobs in the country.

"Now, one of the keys to job creation is to encourage companies to invest more in the United States," he said. "But for years, our tax code has actually given billions of dollars in tax breaks that encourage companies to create jobs and profits in other countries."

    On the other hand...

Counting the Cost of Taxing Big Oil

A Louisiana State University economist estimates that the tax hikes on oil companies proposed by President Barack Obama in his plans to pay for broader small-business tax breaks could cost hundreds of thousands of jobs and hammer small businesses.

    Obama:

    a) "Invest more in the United States".

    b) "Invest less in the United States".

This is the "fuck oil at whatever cost" mentality that was born during the Carter administration and is being carried forward to today.

    Irony, contradiction, stupidity, short-sightedness.

Why do the Lib-tits eat this shit up?
