Basic chemistry: Just because an element/compound is part of ANOTHER compound does not mean the properties of said compounds are the same, or even remotely related.

Sarin contains potassium and flouride in its chemical structure. this does not mean it is in any way related to the flouride that is included in municipal water supplies for tooth decay prevention.
