Watch Floyd Mayweather destroy Tenshin in 2 minutes, knocking him down three times

I am speechless. Amazing and flawless performance.

Isn't it strange that the NFL can be sued by ex-players with head/brain injuries, but boxing seems to get a pass.

Think about it. We have a league where participants wear helmets to protect their heads, along with rules that prevent other participants from targeting the head.
Then we have this other "sport" where not only do the participants not wear anything to protect their heads, the whole objective is to bash each others heads.

HeadProtection is worn in Olympic boxing, so your statement is false. You're not going to make 9 milliondollars wearing head gear. Men expect to see teeth and blood flying if you expect to earn that kind of money.

The point is though, it's odd that we have this one sport where everyone today is up in arms about concussions, and then you have this other sport where that's pretty much the objective.

Muhammad Ali Parkinson's disease. Lot's of experts attribute it to his boxing.

Ali has 5 losses. Mayweather has 0 losses.
Ali fought Foreman, Frazier, Norton, Liston, Paterson, Quarry, Holmes, etc.
Who has Mayweather fought?

The best in the entire world in several weight categories, and he is still undefeated.

Pound for pound Mayweather is without equal.
Best fighter of his generation undoubtedly, but best of all time?
The greatest fighter needs the greatest opponents. I don't see that in Mayweather's case.
Canello Alvarez is probably one of the best boxers of all time so is Pacayo (however you spell his name).

A 50-0 record in professional boxing across four different weight categories is not duplicated by anyone anywhere of any generation.

Of course you are welcome to your uninformed opinion, lol. :)

Wow! So many "best of all time" fighters! It makes you wonder when the definition of "best" got changed.

Very impressive accomplishment and
you can say that's all Mayweather's doing, or you can say his feat is more a function of the sad state of boxing than anything else. He's the best of a lackluster field....I'll give him that. Cotto (who was robbed on a decision) and Alvarez stand out but other than that, meh....

I don't pretend to be a boxing expert.
I just think the "greatest of all time" comment gets used an awful lot these days mostly by people who think the world began the day they were born. LeBron James is called the greatest basketball player of all time for example, and I don't buy that for a second.
