With quotas,set aside programs and affirmative action the government has sunk to the lowest common denominator and makes people feel like fish.In Minnesota where fishing is a pastime the Walleye is held in highest regards.They are nearly the equivalent of the bald eagle where if you take more than the limit,you will be in big trouble.The walleyes bring in the rich out of staters and they stay at the trendy resorts to fish and bring in valuable revenew and taxes.The blacks with all their needs and special setaside programs create alot of government jobs that wouldn't exist.Making sure the walleyes thrive and multiply is sort of like what the government does for blacks where they are given special protection and privileges.
Then you have the lower middle class white guy of European heritage that works 60 hours a week,makes about $12 an hour,pays his taxes,never uses government services,never gets in trouble with the law and tries minding his business.He is the carp which is the most common and least desired fish.The game warden holds the lowest priority for carp and people fish them out of the lake and don't even eat them,they just throw them in their gardens as compost.You can even go in a boat with a bow and arrow and make sport of killing them for the fun of it.I won't droan on because I have clearly made a valid point here but one last thing,the most common name for the carp here is the sucker.
