There are only four known nations in the world that even have chemical weapons--one of them, the United States. One of them needs to be sent a message. . .or something. . .maybe Michelle Obama(?). . .and maybe. . .while there is still time(?)!

There are people in the world who know nothing about what other people know. . .Like Lyndon. . .and probably CIA(?)! All over the news. The Official regime in Syria was able to let the UN inspectors in. The Official regime in Syria was able to let the UN inspectors leave. . .and tag along. . .to verify the results of the coming analysis.

There needs to be some showing of a problem, before there is a solution. Since there is or is now credible evidence now being third party analyzed--then even the English know better than to strike an international-basis kind of pose, where none exists.

Liberals understand about. . . .matters. . .like that!

Bush came into office apparently unaware that after two decades of liberal legislation, about half the people filing income taxes had no income tax liability. On the record, in his school, he had been taught that cutting taxes was the way to get out of a recession.

Problem: Yale has no concept of a lower income market. With no income tax liability, suddenly spending money from a cut in that level income tax liability--was not about to happen in Bush II, Term I. Osama bin laden would actually become the basis for those family values, and any of its allied family values.

Obama came into office--also one of them--apparently unaware that the "Reagan Trajectory" had mainly sent what federal deficit there was--to the defense contractor upper incomes. The recession under Bush I, Term I was the outcome. Obama sent what federal deficit there was--to the state and local bureaucrats and teachers who caused it all, and so no major tax base was created for state and local government. Those had become also--a public tax funded rich people. A major drag on any recovery concept was created.

What do you infer? These people have no concept of sociology or of evidence. These people have an erroneous, inculcated, mind-set: From which nothing rational gets created as an outcome.

Obama-Biden did create the Refundable "Make Work Pay," equal amount tax credit. That lower income market--first on that scale ever in history--did briefly participate in the recovery. The usual basis had been to send them off to war. That, of course, is what Bush II, Terms I and II, did.

Jesus ben Joseph, Son of Mary, called, "O'Christ!" famously taught opposition to the Law of Moses--the Code of Israel. In fact even on the Sabbath, you can save your sorry asses: Which in the German Third Republic the Jews would still not try to do.

Micawber, the Dickens character, is alleged to have remarked that, "The law is an ass."

We are not here famously called to appreciate the value of rear-ends analysis in all of history. The recent foreclosure crisis is further described in Matthew 25:14-30. Still the billions worldwide would further support the law, and set about keeping what money they could!

The computing flaw of the Money Changers easily predates the Old Testament in history. The fixed percentage increase of income computing can be found in the Sumerian silver codes--at 20% usury--extant in all then known civilization for about 1000 years.

You don't need to quote ancient lore to reveal the fact that fractional banking system is a total scam. You come across like a lunatic who cannot control his thoughts as his keys type the message he is trying to convey. Slow down, breathe.

The Prime Minister of All The English, including a few in the middle of somewhere, reportedly tweeted(?)! That there was some nature of empathy with Barack Obama, who was apparently wondering if anyone else in the nation, knew just what the hell he as talking about. In the Middle Of Somewhere, apparently no one knew.

Government is heady stuff, and we know that at Venice Beach, USA!

So Since Obama-Biden created the Make-Work-Pay Refundable Income Tax Credit, modeled after the arithmetic of Matthew 20-16, and then The Republicans took that away after two years--then surely no one can contend that any Libertarian event explains McConnell-Boehner-Cantor-Cain-Bachmann-Rubio-Paul-Paul, et. al. The replacement did became the Payroll tax Holiday, now also taken away. That too was given two years. So in sum, the lawful math of Matthew 25:14-30 is now set into an empirical context with the arithmetic remedy of Matthew 20:1-16, for two of those years--like never before in history. Going forward, then the Make Work Pay Refundable credit could have been indexed, instead.

Now there is request for a nuisance event instead--a limited attack on the proverbial camel blown to bits with the multi-million dollar missile rammed up that level rear-end.

And so the civilized world is properly derisive. That too easily can be said a prescription event: Only because that too requires, for some reason, a Libertarian Law(?)!

Compliance under a 1997 international treaty banning all chemical weapons slowed by dent in containment facility...

Army Halts Chemical Weapons Destruction in Colorado
Sep 25, 2015 -- The Army has temporarily halted the destruction of chemical weapons at a Colorado facility to repair a small dent in the door of a chamber used to blow up shells containing mustard agent.
The dent didn't allow any chemicals to escape and no one was injured, Pueblo Chemical Depot spokesman Tom Schultz said Thursday. Crews discovered the damage Aug. 7 and repairs are underway. Schultz said operations could resume by Oct. 5. The Army uses the chamber to explode and neutralize shells containing mustard agent. It's one of two methods the military will employ at Pueblo to destroy about 780,000 shells containing 2,600 tons of mustard agent under a 1997 international treaty banning all chemical weapons. Mustard agent can maim or kill by damaging skin, the eyes and airways.

Inert shells sit in the entry point of the explosive destruction system inside the Pueblo Chemical Depot, east of Pueblo, in southern Colorado.

The dent was on a surface of the door that closes against the front of the chamber to form a seal. It was about a quarter inch wide and three-quarters of an inch long, Schultz said. Officials believe the dent was caused by a metal fragment caught in the door when it was closed and locked under pressure. It was discovered when crews were cleaning out the chamber after destroying a group of shells. Sensors didn't detect any leaks when the chamber was tested before the destruction or during the destruction process, Schultz said. The chamber will destroy only a small portion of the mustard agent at the Pueblo depot. The Crews will dismantle and neutralize most of the shells in a highly automated $4.5 billion plant nearby. The plant is expected to begin operating next year.

Shells that are damaged or otherwise unsuitable for the plant are being destroyed in the chamber. Crews place the shells inside the chamber with explosives charges, seal it and detonate the explosives remotely. Then they inject other chemicals into the chamber to neutralize the mustard. It will take four years to destroy the entire Pueblo stockpile. The Army stores another 523 tons of mustard and deadly nerve agents at Blue Grass Army Depot in Kentucky. Blue Grass is expected to start destroying its weapons in 2016 or 2017, finishing in 2023.

McCain: How Did Military Bomb End up in Scrap Yard, Killing Worker?
Sep 25, 2015 -- U.S. Sen. John McCain wants the Department of Defense to explain how a 500-pound military bomb wound up in a scrap yard, where it partially exploded and killed an employee trying to cut into it.
Daniel Wright, 46, died in the explosion Wednesday afternoon at the Tucson Iron and Metal yard, which handles recycling materials, Tucson police said. The ordinance was an MK-82 general purpose bomb, according to police, who said Thursday that detectives still were investigating how it ended up at the scrap yard. McCain, R-Ariz., said he is "extremely concerned about the tragic death" of the scrap yard worker who was killed as he tried to dismantle and dispose of the bomb.

MK-82 500-pound bomb.

In a letter sent Thursday to Secretary of Defense Ashton Carter, McCain said it was "imperative for the Department of Defense to explain how this unexploded ordnance made its way into a civilian place of business. "As a matter of national security, as well for the safety of the American public, this issue demands appropriate attention by the department's senior leadership," McCain wrote.

The MK-82 bomb, used by the Air Force and Navy, is about 5 feet long. The bomb squad at nearby Davis-Monthan Air Force Base was called in to help with the investigation. Base officials said Davis-Monthan doesn't take any ordnance to scrap yards. "Ordnances are not metal to be reused for recycling," said 1st Lt. Erin Ranaweera, a base spokeswoman.
