This is a globalization-mobilization paranoia vignette inspired by the recent troubles regarding North Korea's nuclear tests and the devastating hurricane season in North America.
This vignette was inspired by the pedestrianism-disintegration American films Halloween III: Season of the Witch, Wag the Dog, and The Siege.
How will commercial traffic impact our idealism-oriented 'modernism storytelling,' and will archaeologists of the future look back on our era and say, "Earth was plagued by 'TrumpUSA' delinquency!"?
I want to be part of a generation that can say, "We thought idealistically about 'TrumpUSA' and made many fantastic mobilization-machination movies such as Captain America: The Winter Soldier!"
Isn't that what dialogue is all about --- unfettered creativity?

As the world braced for a World War III during a terrible hurricane season near Labor Day in America, the Trump Administration ordered the National Guard and U.S. Army posts across the world to try to maintain sanity, and the Red Cross was deployed across the globe. This was not enough. Competitive economics and the rising tide of pedestrian distrust towards economics-governance (e.g., World Bank) led to mass riots and protests in major cities across the world, including New York, Paris, and Cairo. One journalist called this the failure of the once-promised 'Capitalism Harvest.'
Meanwhile, President Donald Trump (USA) was being accused of wrongdoings with his Cabinet and with special federal programs to assist Wall Street to 'synthetically' boost consumer-spending and investing. It was a terrible madness. That's why in America, a strange 'band' of archer-vigilantes calling itself the Forest Federalists started using strange tactics and arrows tipped with tranquilizers to quell urban riots and support the U.S. government's efforts to maintain domestic control while handling all the maladies of World War III (including the nuclear-weapons ranging by North Korea and its newest ally, China --- arguably America's strongest rival in the modern free market.
The Forest Federalists believed that WWIII was inevitable, so some members decided to travel to South Korea and create perimeters of urban vigilance, preparing for an apparent and likely invasion by North Korean troops. Back in the United States, a radical American horror-film maker decided to compose a special pedestrianism-paranoia film appropriately/symbolically titled The Houses October Built (to reference the new age pure paranoia regarding the absolute failure of commerce and capitalism to generate sufficient global optimism towards 'socialized consumerism'). Fortunately, the Forest Federalists were able to generate enough 'mob psychology support' to quell anti-governance anarchism and meaningless street-protests, and WWIII quickly subsided into a harmless 'chess-boxing melee,' and President Trump went back to work dealing with the terrible aftermath of Hurricane Harvey (Texas) and Hurricane Irma (Florida).
