On Monday June 3 on CNN there was a video aired from the memorial for the Virginia Beach murders.
The time was exactly 3:21 ET the video showed a large negro woman actually stealing flowers from the memorial and having a good laugh. She waddled off with the flowers.
Too bad CNN didn't get a chance to 'edit' the video.
