That multiple warrants could be issued against an American citizen on such shaky evidence calls into question the entire FISA process.

I wouldn't be surprised if after all these months of not releasing
those warrants the FBI has done it, to get the Mueller Special Counsel
knocked out by the SCOTUS.

There is big time FISA abuse there. Enough to make the warrants
illegal.

If SCOTUS intervened, at request, and ended the Mueller probe
then the Dems could claim that SCOTUS ended it before evidence
was discovered.

Right now, if Mueller has nothing, people are going to bitch about that
waste of money. FBI/DOJ and Dems may want SCOTUS to end this
charade, before they all get put in their place.
