We most certainly CAN do something about it. We could have voted out every single incumbent that voted YES.

But we didn't. Because in the end, we really don't give a fuck.

You're quite right on the voting. Oust those who voted 'yes' and replace them with . . . .hopefully people with ethics and common sense.

I disagree with you about people not caring; I think they mistakenly blame one party or 'just Bush' and fail to see the bigger picture.
