The DNC should never have let Bernie run

Coming from the guy who was a Trump supporter, classic
Trump > Rafael. This isn't hard Kaz. Get it together.

Republican want Bernie to hurt Hillary, not to win. How do you possibly not get that?
Much like Democrats wanting Trump for an easy win.

It seems that isn't playing quite like they expected
They weren't expecting Hillary to be even further exposed as a lying criminal. Even funnier, the DNC is being exposed with her~

Yeah it's been a rough couple of days for the demoquacks....so precious

I know a lot of "righties" that liked sanders. It wasn't his policies, but the fact he seemed to have integrity and focused on American advancement instead of foreign.
I liked Bernie. If he was the nom, I would vote for him over trump now. I would probably regret it in the long run, because now I know what a sell out he was/is.
I would never support a Socialist, I especially would never vote for a Communist. I don't care how honest he is, he'd 'honestly' destroy our economy, and everything that makes our country great. Integrity is useless when the individual is delusional.
Doom and gloom. Republicans own Congress.
Besides, Bernie is a socialist that loves bread lines and illegals. The other side loves illegals, foreign advancements and lobbyists.. they would balance out :D

Bernie is not now nor has he ever been a Democrat. But they decided to be nice; a dumb move when it comes to politics. The DNC should have known that allowing a socialist to run would end up making the party look stupid. Oh well hindsight is 20/20.

Much the same, for much the same reasons, could be said of the RNC and Rump, certainly the 'making them look stupid' part, if self-preservation is a consideration at all.

But now they're stuck with it.

Hard to say which position is worse.

Also, I'm amused that republicans are showing such strong support for Bernie, who is an open communist. Almost as if they have no idea how much better he polls against Trump than Hillary.

Yeah I agree. Kinda shows how shallow that red scare bullshit was to begin with. It got thrown out the window right quick when it became convenient to ignore it for the sake of the message board scoreboard.

You've invited this line of question, since you're 14 years old ---- what is a "socialist"? What is a "communist"? And what is the difference?

Finally, what is a "Democratic Socialist"?
Socialism is government control of the means of production. Communism is the same, but with the added removal of 'social classes', 'wealth gaps', and the State.

An oxymoron.

It's funny that you mention that while they're ramming through Obama's bills at record rates as we speak.

Bernie also loves Soviet Russia.

Hoisted upon their own petard.

They thought Bernie would be marginal, and serve to magnify the shining glory that is Hillary Clinton, and forward the coronation.

Now he is a drunken tiger, and has them by the neck, locked in his jaws. If he had any spine at all, he'd shake his head and finish it.

Removal of the State huh? So you're saying communism is an anti-government?

What about Democratic Socialism -- the one that actually applies to the election?

Have you heard this one before---
"Under capitalism, man exploits man. Under communism --- it's the other way around"

?

It's true. Sanders has never been a Democrat until last year.

And Trump has been a Democrat for most of his life.

None of that matters to rubes. And neither party has a rule about how long you have to be a member before you can run for office.

Seems to be the same as what's going on in the UK. Corbyn's getting so much support, and it's probably from the Tories because they know with him in charge, they can't lose. So support a guy like Sanders who they could attack without any problem at all, and they're in there.

Yes, that's a core component.

Democratic Socialism is an oxymoron. There's no will of the people in absolute government power.

Under Communism man exploits man, and government exploits man. Absolute government power creates a very fragile nation, from the inside and the outside. Government controlling the means of production, private industry, cannot work. It's only made worse by the extra power the government gains through it.

yes. I believe the actual terminology is "withering away of the state".

so you just proved yourself wrong. It isn't an oxy moron. In true communism, there is no govt. Failed socialism would lead to the state withering away.

Any integrity Sanders had went out the window when he sold out and supported Clinton

Wrong. His integrity would only have been lost if he helped Trump win.

You know, like Ted Cruz is helping Hillary. Not mention all the Bushes helping Hillary.

No, I haven't. The government still owns the means of production, and every citizen. Calling it common ownership is an illusion. All the the nations that have become Communist are proof of that.

He spoke out against the Establishment the entirety of the election, and then endorsed the Establishment candidate. Sounds like he's selling out and throwing away his integrity to me.

You obviously don't know the meaning of integrity....but that's no surprise

I can call myself a progressive, but if I support regressive policies, I aint exactly a progressive, am I?
Fact is, they were full of shit. Like stalin, he wasn't a commie. He was a socialist dictator. Same with Cuba. Same with NK.

That's because you're stupid. Do you think every Republican who lost to Trump or voted for his opponents should now either stay home or vote for Hillary Clinton to prove their 'integrity'?

So now all of Trump's supporters who didn't support him in the primaries sold out.

Okay. That includes you, doesn't it?
