If he loses the Civil, he opens himself up for the criminal. When he was ordered to stop calling Trump University a "university", he broke the law.

The truth is, if he is sued for racketeering and loses, then, by definition, he engaged in racketeering.

Yeah, I learned from some threads here that the Clintons have an impressing list of vanished people but I actually meant the thousands who died in the "Arab Spring" that appeared when she was Secretary of State.

Trump's scandals are all about scamming the elderly, tricking people out of money, letting people think they can catch waterfalls. Thousands of lawsuits. Fraud, racketeering, swindles, bribery. Targeting minorities. Religious persecution. Court cases. Even after the election, Trump still has to go to court. The election doesn't end it.
No where is there Democratic involvement. These are all Trump made. They are between Trump, his victims and the court.

Clinton's scandals, every single one, began with GOP involvement or accusations. She has had no lawsuits, no indictments, no guilty verdicts. In fact, the ONLY examination has been GOP congressional committees that admittedly target her.
