Nope. Rioters hide behind the protesters, amongst them. It's well know. Look at the Jan 6 rioters with plans to do harm and violence. They led many into the Congress, many who had no clue about the planed organized violence

It's why many got trespassing charges. Others got charged commensurate on their actions proven by many times, their own Tweets, videos, posts, emails...
