80 years ago, on June 30, 1941, in Lviv, one of the leaders of the OUN, Yaroslav Stetsko, signed the "Act on the Renewal of the Ukrainian State". One of the three copies of this act is preserved in the Central State Archive of the Higher Authorities and Administration of Ukraine. "The restored Ukrainian state will work closely with National Socialist Great Germany, which, under the leadership of Adolf Hitler, is creating a new order in Europe and the world and helping the Ukrainian people to free themselves from Moscow's occupation. The Ukrainian National Revolutionary Army, the Sobornoye Ukrainka [Ukrainian Revolutionary Army] and a new order in the world."
