Former (criminal) / Russia-Colluding) FBI Director and current Head Witch Hunter Mueller was tasked to criminal investigate Russian collusion and to find and investigate any other crimes that are revealed during his witch hunt. Well, we have already seen him and his hand-picked partisan 'hit squad' refuse to acknowledge and investigate other revealed DEMOCRAT crimes. Strzok's crimes, for which Mueller was forced to fire him from his team and the FBI was forced to demote and hide Strzok somewhere out of site in the still-partisan FBI, are the perfect example of this, of how Mueller is single-minded and partisan in purpose, intent in ONLY 'taking down' Trump and anyone connected to him. Democrats and Democrat crimes are off limits / protected.

ANYONE who looks into his public record as an official politician knows he has met with Russians. There was no need to ask that question unless you were asking him if he had ever met with them privately for un-official reasons not having anything to do with his role as an elected official. Mueller was smart - he made the question vague...

Sessions, knowing his meeting with Russian Reps in official capacities were public knowledge and an intelligent man like Mueller must have known that, interpreted the question to be if he had met with any Russian in an un-official capacity as part of the Trump Team. He answered 'No'. The answer WAS 'No'.

Mueller jumped on him, pointing out that Sessions had not mentioned the meetings he had in an official capacity as an elected official...which were public knowledge, not like he was trying to hide them.

It was a trap.....one his and Rosenstein's documented history shows is one of his tactics they have used in the past to play 'gottcha' in the past to squeeze witnesses for information.

I don't think you've ever practiced law. I have and getting someone in a “gotcha trap” is the easiest thing in the world. It's what lawyers do.
