Police in Texas have arrested a man who was out on bond from a previous arrest for allegedly shooting and killing an Army veteran at a Wells Fargo bank last week.

this dude target one of his own and murdered him outside ban k and he is out on bail. look no out rage as long as it is one of their own. boy if it were a caucasion done the shooting burnings , lootings and murders up down the street. but it is ok when they do to each other. crazy people . they never heard of thow shall not kill.
