Teacher unions either need abolished or revamped big time

    I was watching Oprahs next chapter and Chris Christie was on there. HE was saying that the only profession that gives raises for the amount of years and not your merit. That is what is wrong with our education today!! If you are not based on your merit then how do we know you are doing a good job teaching our children. Our schools have dropped so dramatically over the past 20 years it is crazy!!

    The problems facing our schools mirror the problems facing the families that send their kids to those schools.

    Unions have jackshit to do with it, kid.

    It's a fiefdom, fraught with nepotism, cronyism, and favoritism.

    Corrupt and broken.

    It makes careers based on who you know.
    It breaks careers for the profits of the unions.
