Kinda/sorta. Target like most European owned operations think NYC, LA and sometimes Miami or Toronto is Anglo-America. The bathroom issue is just one of many unforced errors by management, the most famous one but not the only one. Walmart is using superior logistics to take on Amazon and Target is just road kill.`
