So....peaceful Europe is not so peaceful....weapon of Choice in Sweden...grenades.....and shootings.......the immigrant gang violence is so bad in Malmo, Sweden that the local police are asking for the National police for help...30 grenade attacks since the beggining of the year.....

Grenades.......and guns.

Malm police ask for help to stop violence - The Local

Since the New Year, Malmö has suffered, on average, a detonation a week. On Friday night there was another explosion in a residential area, but nobody was injured.

Over the past two months there have been a number of shootings, explosions and cars and buildings set on fire as well as other incidents involving hand grenades being thrown. Malmö also has a reputation for race-related violence between different immigrant groups.

What is the Swedish gun law? I understand there are an estimated 44 illegal firearms for every 100 population in Sweden, yet it is near impossible to get a legal handgun for protection there.

Weren't you one of the ones bragging yesterday about how Sweden has such a low crime rate because of how many guns there are there? So why did guns allow this to happen?

No we were discussing Switzerland....and that is the other sides argument you are pointing to...they say more guns will create more crime....then we point to Switzerland where almost every home has to have a select fire military "assault" rifle actually in the home.....and they have a low crime rate......as far as we know...

when we point out that fact, they say it doesn't count........

Anyone know who's instigating the violence??

Hmmmmmmm.....I believe I have pointed out that when you import immigrants from violent 3rd world countries...they tend to bring those activities to the new country.....

I also point out how useless gun laws are even in Europe......the anti gun people always say....look at Europe, see how less violent it is with their gun laws.....and then I am the one who points out that even with their restrictive gun laws...after all fully automatic rifles and grenades are completely illegal in these countries....they are the weapon of choice of their criminals....

I always point out it is their criminal culture that is less violent, not their gun laws that reduce gun violence...

Then I point out that like Australia, as they import more immigrants from violent 3rd world countries...their crime rates will go up.....

I point out th

2015-06-04 -On Wednesday night, at 19.30 a 35-year-old man was found by emergency services in a car after having been shot in the head in Rosengård, one of Malmös “no-go zones“.

The man was transported to the hospital and the police have labelled the crime attempted murder/manslaughter.

On a more positive note: 6 men (ethnicity withheld) were indicted this Tuesday for the bombings which plagued Malmö last year.

[…] Rosengard was once one of the programme’s proudest achievements: a high-rise development that was close to the centre of Malmö, one of Sweden’s industrial powerhouses, but surrounded by open space. Today over 80% of its population of 24,000 are immigrants. The local shops have names such as Babylon and Lebanon. Women in hijabs and headscarves cart their shopping through the freezing rain. Men sit in cafés drinking strong coffee and keeping dry. A truck sells falafel sandwiches.

[…] Mass immigration is posing serious problems for the region. For the Nordic countries to be able to afford their welfare states they need to have 80% of their adults in the workforce, but labour-force participation among non-European immigrants is much lower than that. In Sweden only 51% of non-Europeans have a job, compared with over 84% of native Swedes. The Nordic countries need to persuade their citizens that they are getting a good return on their taxes, but mass immigration is creating a class of people who are permanently dependent on the state.

Muslims huh? Can't say I'm surprised.

Europe has been letting those assholes into their countries for decades.

Now they are having problems with Muslims who refuse to assimilate into the countries they are moving to.

Hope they have fun with the new playmates they now have. No sympathy from me. You get what you ask for.

A few schools have also closed there due to the violence.
