Suspicious timing of Report

The current administration has decided to execute a successful strategy about Afganastan but it doesn't involve succeeding in Afganastan. It involves a executing a successful political strategy for an ailing president who's poll numbers are beginning to plummet rapidly. The president has held his decision for months about what to do while telling the people that he is "thinking" of a plan that only he can think of because he is Obama (snicker). The decision he will come to is to send more troops but how is that different than what the generals have been telling him for months? It does not make sense to wait and wait just to make the same decision that your generals said you should make but it does make sense that delaying the decision might give the senate more time to craft this report that says that Bush failed.

Once crafted the report can be released on the same day that the glorious one (snicker) decides on a new war strategy that will save the day. Releasing them on the same day is inlign with a political strategy that the democrats have been using for the last eight years and that is to blame Bush but this time its blame Bush and highlight our leader's ability to be better than the Bush administration.

This might sound cynical but there has to be some questions that have to be asked?

1) What other parts of the facts have been left out of the report that blames currently sitting democrats? Why was it so heavily slanted to blame former Bush officials?

2) When did they decide to begin this report? Is this report a normal periodic release that the government does or was it something special for this occassion?

2) Why release the report around the same time that our leader is going to announce his new strategy?

3) If our leader needed so much time to think of something then is what he proposing any different than what was originally reccommended by the generals? Obviously he was not "creating" anything on his own!

4) How many options were given to the president? Three options might be plausible why he took so much time but if it was one then why spend so much time about one available option? Its either yah or nea and if it is nea then why would you ponder not sending in more troops in the first place?

The 'report' is a waste of time, Bin laden was still fleing to Pakisatn and the USA would not follow.

Why was this moved? Any idiot can see this was not about afghanastan but about the president's political timing.
