Anger over what Susan Rice did that Sunday morning has ZERO to do with her skin color. For someone to even make that charge illustrates just how out of touch with reality most of the main stream media IS at this point. The truth is...Rice either lied to the American people or she allowed herself to be used as a pawn by others to mislead the American people. Either way she is unfit to serve as Secretary of State.

Rice put many caveats regarding the attack in Benghazi and repeatedly said that information is still coming in but at that point this was the intelligence she was cleared to express to the press and the public at large.

The simplest answer is because the CIA didn’t want to tip off the terrorists, responsible for the attack, that they were on to them and on their tail. In essence the CIA cleared the most benign intelligence report they had for dissemination to the press.

Had Susan Rice or President Barack Obama gone on national, and international, television and stated what the absolute facts of Benghazi were they would both be guilty of treason to the United States of America.

Even the President of the United States can not declassify intelligence as he sees fit and to do so would have been not only illegal but irresponsible.

They are STILL stonewalling the investigation for that same reason. Or do you think they're still trying to throw Al Queda off their game?

There is absolutely no "intelligence" reason for the US public to be misled the way we were and claiming that there was is an insult TO our intelligence.

Yeah, as a matter of fact I AM calling David Petraeus a liar. It's quite obvious that both the President and Ms. Rice were not telling the truth. Petraeus knows only too well that the initial CIA intelligence reports reported that an Al Queda affiliated terrorist group planned and carried out that attack and that it was NEVER a spontaneous response to the YouTube video but someone changed that report to make it more in line with the narrative that the Obama White House was using on the campaign trail...ie that Al Queda was on the ropes due to the policies of Barack Obama. So who changed the report, Boo? Who's going to be the "fall guy" (or gal) for Barry? You say that the "full investigation" will be released next week? I can only laugh at that claim. The "full" investigation can't be completed because the Obama White House is STILL stonewalling.

You're claiming that the Obama White House HASN'T stonewalled both Fast & Furious and what happened in Benghazi while you accuse "me" of odd predilections? Now THAT is amusing!

What could I possibly have lied about? That the Obama White House made a calculated political decision that the best way to handle the major screw up that Benghazi was a month before the elections was to pretend that it was something else entirely? That the attack WASN'T planned by Al Queda but was a spontaneous reaction to a YouTube video? That we DIDN'T fail to adequately protect our Ambassador? That we DIDN'T take appropriate action once the attack began?

It's remarkable that when someone merely points out the glaring inconsistencies in this Administration's "narrative" regarding Benghazi that progressives react by calling them a liar. It's obvious what the White House "did". They made a calculation that they could mislead the American public and that the on-going love affair they have with the main stream media would provide enough "cover" for them to bull shit their way through until after the election. The calculation was correct. That in no way changes the fact that Benghazi was a fuck up of EPIC proportions.
