This is September, oil prices are up and we have increased production some 600,000 barrels a day since that article was updated a month ago. We have yet to peak and the iea estimates an increase in production to over 13.1 mbd next year.
Why?
Because the country is growing, so not growing oil production along with the country growing equals shortages and higher prices idiot.
Which is why the US needs to find their own like Trump was doing.Because OPEC and Russia are cutting production to keep the price higher.
