Just because the lable of generic drugs does not carry side-effects on the bottle, does not mean that more than adequate information is not given by the Physician/PA and/or Pharmacy filling the prescription.

In the field of Engineering, there's every effort made, to idiot-proof every process/product. That way, everything is used/operated the same....each-and-every-time!!! Then....when it comes to trouble-shooting....we have a specific-set of "knowns". The point is.....if there isn't a set of Warnings, attached....on each-and-every bottle/container (of medication)....things can easily FUCK-UP!!!! Maybe it's a matter of.....people who can (only) afford Generics....don't really "count"; that brand-name buyers are more-entitled to Warning Labels.
