Court Considers Impact of Disability Law on Police Officer.com

Well...a huge ruling will come next week. The new cause of the bleeding heart liberals and cop haters is that every violent psycho is "mentally ill" and...somehow...the cops should've been more peaceful or just let the psycho hurt them to avoid...being mean I guess.

Case in question was a psycho with a knife. Charged at cops. They sprayed. It failed. Charged again. Psycho shot.

And que the cop haters and liberals. Cops should've done this that and the other.

ACLU and mental illness advocates want the court to rule that the ADA law should be interpreted in a way to say that cops....when faced with violent or armed "mentally ill" people...should make "special accommodations" to handle them.

They dont specify exactly what "special accommodations". But...just not do what they would do to you or I if we charged a cop with a weapon.

The cops lawyers say its a question of the officer and public's safety VS the desire of ACLU and advocates to have cops be restrained by the ADA when dealing with armed or violent mentally ill people.

So see....all you have to do now if you dont want cops to hold you accountable is declare yourself mentally ill. Then....they have to make "special accommodations" for you as you shoot at them or charge them with a knife or try to kill innocent bystanders. You'd be special then with mental illness...so they cant just...you know...halt your chaos.
