Suit Against G-d Dismissed

The law REQUIRES a subpeona be delivered. Since one was not no case, does not matter one bit what some one knows or not.

Actually, a summons can be delivered upon a "person of suitable age and discretion" (I wonder if delivering it to a priest would have worked) but does have to have some address. Perhaps they should have done it c/o The Vatican ;)
 
Not here, so would an action grounded here work if the summons were placed on the ground?

Although I suppose it could be served on the nearest house of Christian worship??? I mean, we do allow for service on a residence.
They do call it God's house and I know in Washington you can just serve someone at their house and they don't have to be home!
