I've seen both sides saying what they believe are "traits of the other side". Let's list some of these "traits" that are used to "stereotype":
Democrats:
Don't work
live off the government
Determined to destroy religion
Mostly minorities
too many intellectuals
over educated
uneducated due to a failed liberal educational system
has a gay agenda that wants to destroy families
Are all alike
Republicans:
Either super rich or dirt poor
Don't work
live off the government
Determined to turn America into a theocracy
Hates minorities
is 90% white
Uneducated because education makes people liberal
wants to destroy gay families
Are all alike
So what are the "facts"? Which group's stereotype is more accurate and can it be proven?
