The State Department has been ordered to obtain answers From Hillary Clinton, Huma Abedin and Cheryl Mills under penalty of perjury

By Sidney Powell | 08/01/15 12:56am

While Hillary Clinton’s lawyers are stalling Congress and “negotiating” the terms of her testimony before the Benghazi committee—an option not allowed to ordinary Americans like bankers, executives, or accountants, federal Judge Emmet G. Sullivan has hit “refrigerator rule #6: Enough is enough.”

Earlier this week, federal Judge Richard Leon lambasted the State Department lawyers for their stonewalling. Now Judge Sullivan has chiseled a line in concrete. He has given the State Department only a week—until August 7—to get some answers from Hillary Clinton, and her top aides Huma Abedin and Cheryl Mills—under penalty of perjury.

Last night on NewsMax TV with Emmy-award winning host Ed Berliner, I noted that Judge Sullivan recently reopened the Freedom of Information Act lawsuit by Judicial Watch to obtain emails from Huma Abedin, the top Clinton aide who is married to infamous and disgraced former Congressman Anthony Wiener.

Judge Sullivan reopened the case when he learned that Clinton and her staff used personal email accounts to conduct government business. This is a flagrant violation of the Federal Records Act and jeopardizes national security—prompting rapidly escalating concerns of countless ramifications internationally, nationally, and criminally.

Just hours ago, in that very case, Judge Sullivan entered a remarkable order, and he has given the State Department only a week to comply. Now the State Department must produce for the court’s docket its correspondence with and between Mrs. Clinton, Ms. Abedin, and Ms. Cheryl Mills regarding the government records in their possession; identify what servers, etc. the State Department has; require Ms. Clinton, Ms. Abedin and Ms. Mills to state under oath whether they have produced all responsive materials; and, have Ms. Abedin and Ms. Mills describe the extent to which they used Ms. Clinton’s server for government business.

It looks like we finally have a serious Judge that wants answers! This No Nonsense judge will be an albatross around the Campaign for Hillary. It’s about time.

Biden for President?

Maybe! It may go down to two horrible choices...Bungling Biden and Hilla the Hun.

And did I tell you this judge is black? There's one black vote she is not getting. Soon there will be more.

She's done.

You can marry money and that will get you some nice Government Jobs...like the Ketchup Heiress John Kerry married has got him some good work...and Bill Clinton got his wife some nice jobs.

But you cannot become President of the United States by who you a marry...not without some degree of competency, honesty, integrity, decency.

It is now clear to even many Democrats that this mean-spirited, compulsive liar, and dishonest person--without Bill Clinton--would have risen no higher than maybe Night Court Judge, maybe an assistant district attorney in some rotting Northern city...some low level government payroll job---that's assuming she wasn't caught at some crime brought on by lucre.

She's done. Bring on Uncle Joe....he is a moron, but an honest moron. At least there's that.

Speaking of the black vote...

There are a substantial number of fences that “Hillary for America” must mend with the Black community if Clinton is to earn Black votes, going back to the contentious primary between her and then-Senator Obama in 2007. In 2007 and early 2008, former President Bill Clinton had biting words for candidate Obama, publicly comparing Obama’s primary victory in South Carolina to Jesse Jackson’s campaigns in the eighties. Further, Bill Clinton alleged that the Obama campaign had played “the race card” on him and seemed hyper-focused on Obama’s lack of experience. Infamously, Bill Clinton called Obama’s record on Iraq the “biggest fairytale I’ve ever seen.” These statements and others did not sit well within the Black community and left many with a bad taste in their mouths. While Bill Clinton and not Hillary made these statements, a candidate takes on the baggage of his or her spouse. Further, Clinton touted herself as the better candidate to win “hard-working Americans, white Americans,” all but abandoning her attempts to win the votes of Blacks once then-Senator Obama established himself as a strong contender in 2008.

Some potential Black Democratic voters have indicated that, while they will support Hillary Clinton should she become the eventual nominee in 2016, it will not be with the same fervor as they did for President Obama, in part because of a sense of bad blood experienced during the 2008 campaign. Indeed, many Blacks are saying that Hillary Clinton is not their first choice to receive the Democratic nomination in 2016 and that they will be anxiously waiting to see whom else enters the race. These sentiments must not go unchecked by Hillary for America because Black voters, while not a monolith, are a large constituency that must be courted by Democrats to win the presidency. There is a sense of entitlement that Hillary Clinton has not earned within the Black community, allowing her supporters to mistakenly take Black votes for granted. Hillary Clinton will have to earn our support and our votes just as any other candidate does.

The black vote is not moved by Hillary as it once was by Obama. She won't get the turnout he had.
