State Ballot Initiatives, but where are the "pros and cons" descriptions

I'm not real smart. I don't know how much money is in the well, nor all the possible, or better places for it to go.
You see what they want you to vote on, what it's for and decide whether to vote or not. If you don't understand how municipal bonds work just look them up.
 
Having been involved in several of these, so far as the rules/laws apply, they can be really interesting. And fun even.

Biggest problem with them is special interests from outside the state send in goons to disrupt them. Which is technically against the rules/law, but they get away with it. Most times it's just a big campaign to spend millions of dollars in local media to attack them.

Bottom line is .if it costs money ,vote NO.
