Spicer makes staffers pony up cell phones to find leaks; and itās ārecessā compared to whatās coming
If the various leaks coming out of the Trump Administration are originating from the press department, Sean Spicer is determined to get to the bottom of it, by any means necessary.
According to a Sunday report by Politico, when Spicer found out last week that information about a planned communication staffer meeting had leaked to the press, he immediately brought the group together for an āemergency meeting.ā
Multiple sources told Politico that they were told to dump all electronics, including personal and government issued cell phones, on a table for a āphone checkā by White House lawyers who were in the room.
Spicer, who consulted with White House counsel Don McGahn before calling the meeting, was accompanied by White House lawyers in the room, according to multiple sources.
There, he explicitly warned staffers that using texting apps like Confide ā an encrypted and screenshot-protected messaging app that automatically deletes texts after they are sent ā and Signal, another encrypted messaging system, was a violation of the Presidential Records Act, according to multiple sources in the room.

or, he's busy polishing Trump's boots or ironing Bannon's boxers
