One of my favorite all time Alternative rock bands!
damn that seems like nothing. I cant help but wonder if the band had some sort of beef with Vicki personally.
I hope his other band AudioSlave treated his family a bit better

So? Those rights will almost always be held by the persons who wrote the lyrics and wrote the music separate from the band, often assigned to the label for 20 years after the first release date of the music. The person who has the masters has a separate right. Sounds to me like this is really a fight over the value of the band's name and nothing more.

I don't blame her. That is more than insulting.
Soundgarden was started by Chris and Kim.
The band wouldn't exist without Chris.
I hope she wins.
As a personal note, I started working with them years ago. I am shocked that the rest of the band is doing this.
I cried when I learned Chris died.
I loved working with him and the band.
