But now they can volunteer to be dumped. But why would the possibly want that. Their kids will be placed with relatives, and stay ..... forever.

I do not understand why illegal children are allowed to stay here with relatives when the parents are deported. Why are we giving parents that option? Let's hope that is the one of the things that will be changed with legislation coming this week.

Chuck Schumer was pretty clear about it.
He thinks he has an issue that has legs, so solving it would be counterproductive to Democrats hopes in the midterms.
