There’s a TV commercial using this song and it rattles around in my head for hours after. I can’t even remember the name of the product.



And then they had a TV show.

I remember how Sonny always seemed to somehow tolerate the bitch he had for a wife. We later learned that she wasn’t putting on an act. That’s the way she was – and probably still is.

I can’t find the link, but recently read a story about her telling what her early years were really like. Sex with producers and directors, adding that it was nothing unusual in Hollywood. Sort of saying that Weinstein was nothing out of the usual.

In any case, I miss the old shows when TV really had entertainers.

I remember it being used in a car commercial. My first guess is Pontiac. My second is Plymouth.

Edit: The song was used as basis for '68 Plymouth commercials. Only time I see commercials these days is during football games so have no clue who is using it today.
