Buffett (and Gates) say raise the taxes on the wealthy knowing full-well all taxes are paid by working people. Labor is converted to money taxes are paid with money. And lets not forget that the XVI Amendment was supposed to make millionaire robber barons pay their fair share. Hows that been working out in relation to lost freedoms? Not to mention 50 percent all labor being confiscated by government.
If charity came from the hearts of billionaire hustlers they would not take the deduction. You can bet your bottom dollar that not a one those guys will give a penny to charity after the income tax is repealed. Their generosity is nothing but a variation of coerced charity, which is what the welfare state is all about. The welfare state is the only time Hussein is telling the truth when he tells the American people You didnt build that.
Incidentally, I seem to recall that much of the money those chiselers are giving back is going to foreign countries.
At least old John D. Rockefeller, Sr. improved his image out of his own pocket when he gave gleaming new dimes to children. The sickest aspect of todays billionaires is that they are not doing it to improve their images. Media has already made them into heroes. Rather than improve their images, billionaires want to legislate love with tax dollar charity. Thats the method Socialists use.
