" Social Security Is A Modified Ponzi Scheme Now Supported By Immigration "

* Who Is Responsible *

The " baby boomers " are aging into the social security system while native born population growth is diminishing such that the overall availability of SSI from federal income taxes is insufficient to float the system .

It is well understood that to float the system the federal government is implementing immigration .

What happens when the inundation of immigrants age into the system ?

Is it possible to reduce population and maintain the system or is it necessary to inordinately grow the population ?

How does the immigrant skill sets and associated income matter as to whether the system remains solvent ?

The political environment appears to be divided along party lines between those who want fiscal accountability in immigration , for the bottom line for social security and for other social programs , and those willing to ignore fiscal accountability .

If we were to fix our trading deficits...stop allowing ourselves to be taken advantage of by piss ant nations......got our asses out of the WW11 stance and ended our endless wars we could end the IOU's going into our SSI program without leaving our borders wide open and bringing thousands of people here that will never be American at heart....

If only people would wake up and help Trump do this it would be beneficial for all of us as we near retirement....

Many macroeconomics experts say the the US economy depends on population growth. Fertility rates among native born Americans is falling. Choices to handle this are limited.

On top of it all, automation and AI are taking away jobs of the unskilled.

Yes the political lines are divided, however both parties are guilty of fiscal irresponsibility. It is a dilemma which can't be solved when short term thinking replaces long term prosperity.
