If the FBI interfering in an election on behalf of Biden is a crime, what's the remedy?

If a court finally agrees to hear any of the numerous Voter Fraud cases and rules for example that Yes, PA broke the law in allowing mail in voting, what's the remedy?

The FBI didn't interfere. And since Trump and Barr were in charge of the FBI, any "interference" would be on their poor leadership skills.

Trump didn't lose because people didn't hear about the laptop.

Trump lost because 400,000 people died of Covid, 65 million people lost their jobs or were laid off, and we had riots in the streets.

That's why Trump lost. By 8 million votes.

But lets say you get a court to hear cases that were previously rejected.

Here's the thing, there is no remedy for that.

There was no remedy if later recounts in Florida in 2000 found that Gore actually won.

There was no remedy in 1876 when electors were fraudulently awarded to Rutherford B. Hayes by a special commission.

There was no remedy in 1824 when Congress made a corrupt deal to make John Q. Adams president.

Here's a remedy. Get rid of the electoral college so any one state can't make mischief and throw an election.

The FBI didn't interfere....

The FBI lied to the FISA court, made social media companies stifle Hunter's laptop story....yeah, nothing wrong there

If the FBI did that when Wray, Barr and Trump were in charge of it, it doesn't say much for their management.

Here's the thing. The contents of that laptop were not legally obtained. Therefore, Twitter and the other social media companies could be sued for disseminating their information. That was the legal issue in the supposed bombshell revalations, that the executives of Twitter didn't want to get sued.

Wait so you think the Attorney General is the Presidents wingman?

The remedy is to disband the FBI.

Of course they were democrats interfering, so make your predictions and dream your dreams . But we all know there will be zero consequences . Not a one of the criminals will be held accountable. They will blame Trump. America is done .

How did the FBI interfere? Be specific

Okay, I'll play. Speaking hypothetically, I assume this asks what would happen if evidence was later uncovered that showed that the FBI interfered, or the Pennsylvania legislature illegally passed a law, changing the outcome of the election. Since the FBI and a state legislature are two different things, I'll answer twice.

Criminally, the evidence would be turned over to the DoJ and Attorney General, who would decide whether or not to press charges against the FBI Director and/or subordinates. If they decided to, one or more long, public trials (probably similar to the January 6 trials) would ensue, which could result in jail time. An injured party (presumably the loser) could also sue the federal government for damages, and the Attorney General (or, less likely, the President) could order a bureau-wide review of procedures and potentially overhaul some or all of the FBI.

As for Pennsylvania, an aggrieved party (again, probably the loser) could sue the State to have the law reversed for future elections. It would be for the Pennsylvania Supreme Court to decide. In neither case would an election be reversed.

Other than that, a citizen's best remedy is to get a bunch of like-minded voters together, and let your voices be heard at the ballot box.

Uh, he reports to the president and is appointed by the president. Of course, Trump went through, what, three of them when most Presidents keep the same one for a full 8 year term.

Fucking liar.....The laptop was abandoned and became the property of the shop owner at that moment.
Sure, if you believe that story... that a legally blind store owner got these laptops, and then innocently looked at the hard drive.

Even though Hunter works for a company that has a thriving IT department that could have done a better job.

and that the info on the laptop was the same info the Russians had offered to sell to Rudy months before.
