Actually Jesus stopped God from destroying mankind. He gave us a pathway to heaven and did not stop the penalties God assessed upon humanity because of Adam and Eve.

I agree with you on many things but this is far from a just and civilized society. And the constitution is irrelevant because Gods laws supersede those in the constitution. Gods laws do not deny any of the things you mention in your last paragraph.

You didn't say anything about whites ending racism in the OP. You talked about "whites who are racists..." thinking they are above God's law.

Three problems with this:

1.) Either we're talking about racist whites thinking they're above God's law or we're talking about whites in general not ending racism. Which is it?
2.) "Whites who are racist" are guilty of their own sin of racism so the sins of their fathers is irrelevant.
3.) I'm no Christian but I used to be so I know Christian doctrine well enough to know that Jesus' coming was a new covenant between God and his people where sins of the father no longer applies. Each person is responsible for his/her own sins and salvation.

Besides all this, there are later verses in the Bible that specifically say we are not responsible for the sins of our fathers. A couple of examples:

Deuteronomy 24:16 - "Fathers shall not be put to death for their sons, nor shall sons be put to death for their fathers; everyone shall be put to death for his own sin."

Ezekiel 18:20)--"The person who sins will die. The son will not bear the punishment for the father’s iniquity, nor will the father bear the punishment for the son’s iniquity; the righteousness of the righteous will be upon himself, and the wickedness of the wicked will be upon himself."

Prove when racism ended and its effects were allayed. Show, with data and peer-reviewed studies supporting your argument, when the effects of the hundreds of years of anti-Black racism from chattel slavery through Old Jim Crow leveled off. Show when the wealth expropriated during that oppression was repaid to those it was expropriated from and through. And remember, after you’ve addressed the end of anti-Black racism you’ll still have to explain when anti-Latinx, anti-Asian, anti-Arab, and anti-Native racism came to an end as well.
