I'll tell you what I know.. Moderation has no tolerance for any threats of violence directed towards Members or GROSS specific threats against outside figures or groups..

This idea of "suggesting suicide" is little less clear to me. And if it's done WITH A POINT that's pertinent to the discussion -- or is taken as satire instead of an actual threat -- it's then "moderator discretion" and we trust the judgement of the person handling it..
