Targeted missile attack during the day, for the maximum number of victims. Today in this concert hall at 18.00 was scheduled a charity concert.

There was a young mother and her 4 year old girl killed in Vinnytsia. The mother was livestreaming to her facebook as they walked down the street before the attack. The video and images of the little dead girl were posted after the attack, and this was the reaction from Russian social media.

You know the Russians or the ones talking like this have been told propaganda like everyone else is believing the Ukrainians are all Nazis, killing their sons, and the West is trying to destroy Russia and of course much more....and you know that thankfully not every Russian believes this but I think their propaganda seems to work very well. Wanting kids dead though, is a bit more than usual.....perhaps it is a reckless grieving Mum who is remembering when her boy was two.

The artist wasn't there at the time, but her crew was setting up equipment for the concert. One killed, several injured, two critical.

The US needs to provide ATACMS to hit one of those Kilos in Sevastopol while they are loading missiles. That would be a perfectly appropriate and reasonable response.
