Trumpanzees just don't seem to understand that any vote against a Trump plan is a good vote. (Remember McConnell's attitude on any Obama plan? What goes around, comes around, eh?)

Obomaroids just don't understand FORCING ANYONE to buy a product not wanted is unconstitutional....the Manchurian Muslim always called it a PENALTY while the suck ass SCOTUS. Justice Robert's called it a tax (where the fuck does he get the AUTHORITY to CHANGE a legislative mandated bill....it goes back to Congress to be amended!)....SCOTUS DOES NOT HAVE THE AUTHORITY TO CHANGE ANY WORDS IN A BILL BEFORE IT!!!...The suck ass Republicans let that slip right by them with NONE OF THEM saying shit!

It's hard to understand why the Dems would oppose giving people the option to chose cheaper HCI that doesn't have pre-existing conditions in it, if that is what they want. So what if it lasts up to a year, where's the problem? It's a CHOICE, why do the Dems want the gov't to limit your choices instead of giving you as many options as possible?

No they have no clue and apparently since this thread is going on they still don't. The op was never past and you can buy a short term policy up to 12 months like you have been able to for years.

They've been around, sure. But ACA made effectively banned them. In theory, you could still buy them, but since they didn't count as qualifying coverage for ACA, most insurance companies had stopped selling them.
