Schmidlap, quoting Victoria Nuland, in her terribly revealing testimony under oath at a congressional hearing, the United States of America has big reservations about the Russians gaining control of what ever biological research is or was being conducted in those labs that were installed and funded by DOD in 2010.

I never attempted to provide any information suggesting there are bioweapons labs in the Ukraine.( for some odd reason, you are fixated on this) I did provide accurate documentation that was previously available on the US Embassy's Ukraine website that has now been removed.
Two things to note.....this information was sensitive enough, for some strange reason that the US Gov't wanted it's existence scrubbed, and Nuland expressed heavy concerns over Russia get any of these biological's from these labs.
So, once again, where is all this proof you claim?

Neither Nuland nor any other government official testified that there were or are biolabs in Ukraine engaged in bioweapon or chemical weapon research or development.

The Putin propagandists are unable to cite her or any other official having ever said any such thing.

Don't become churlish. Your impotence in contriving such documentation is obvious.

She did testify that the US Gov't is highly concerned over whatever research was done in the biolabs (which existence she did confirm) and having the Russians get control over what is there..

This tells me there is a lot more to this story than is being told.
