Indeed, if I remember correctly, the OP believed the US did not carry out as many attacks as Russia did. He believed that because he did not know that the US counts only the successful attacks and does not purposely drop bombs on innocent people.

You took too many Obama pills. Coalition airstrikes had have no impact on the battlefields. There are exceptions: Kobani and Manbij. These cities were reduced to ashes with hundreds of civilian casualties. Coalition airstrikes have targeted the infrastructure: bridges, water supply, power plants, ect. Everything but ISIS. The pressure of the explosions could have turned the desert sands into stone again but ISIS is still there. It took the Coalition 8 months to bomb Gadaffi away but after 4 years of ISIS, they are still there.
It is disgusting how people serve their political affiliation by falsifying the truth and propagating bullshit.

Russia delivers an estimated average of 100 airstrikes (in about 30 sorties) per day. The airstrikes are not randomly (or: indiscriminately) delivered like Coalition airstrikes but at the request of the Syrian forces battling al-Qaeda and ISIS terrorists. While a Coalition action is frenetically celebrated with hundreds of articles, 1000 Russian airstrikes have been conducted in the meantime. A similar number of airstrikes is being delivered by the Syrian airforce.
