If it was done in the last month she IS going to prison.

No she isn't.

No one really cares anymore. that is the problem. Americans accept that their politicians are outright criminals and they still elect them as long as they are playing for their 'team.'

Then they bitch that politicians do not represent them.

What was done that was illegal by the Secretary of State, be specific please.

Represent us? Are you kidding? THIS little group is out to get us killed. A certain degree of stealing happens in EVERY style of government. THIS group has gone FAR beyond just stealing, FAR BEYOND.

People WILL be going to prison before this is over. I remember Nixon quite well and this is going to be worse. Hillary could well wind up being the FIRST person to run for president at the SAME time she is facing a grand jury.

And she has NOT announced yet so the 25 million she has ALREADY collected gives her a legal OR a campain fund that CANNOT be mixed.

They made "slush" funds ILLEGAL after Nixon.
It's all over but her last "It's a ring wing conspriacy" ONE MORE time. Warren better get ready because Hillary is OUT!
Only a FOOL would vote for her at this point.

My guess is nothing happens to Mrs. BJ Bubba.

In America today, we have differing levels of justice. One for the little people and one for the wealthy and connected.

And a whole different level for the Clintons.

She won't go to prison regardless of what happens with the emails, because there was no laws she broke.....only flimsy Record Admin's guidelines that didn't even have any punishments written out.

You don't go to prison for breaking the workplace's rules, you get fired for it, and she already left.

In America today we have two levels of punishment. One for those in power and one for those not.

If she cleaned that server, that means she had SOLE possession of government documents AFTER she left the post. It has ALREADY been shown she did NOT sign off on the document release as REQUIRED by law when she left. {felony}

If she scrubbed that server AFTER the START of the investigation she tampered with evidence. {felony} Trey Gowdy was NOT your typical "ambulance chaser". He was a felony prosecutor and a damn good one. {look it up}

It's over okay? Just flat over.

The details of her illegal activity were intertwined in the information she scrubbed from her server. No different that a murderer wiping all the blood from the crime scene.

They weren't government documents as she used the email as a private email, so it was at her discretion as to what to delete and what to turn over. That's more an aspect of how behind the national government is with cyber-security.

Tampering with evidence is a really long shot since she did turn over everything she claims is relevant to the government affairs, and I still think the whole Benghazi issue is long dead at this point.

What's really awkward about all this is that Gowdy had hundreds of emails from and to Clinton with the @clintonemail.com address and he never thought to bring it up the entire time during the select committee. Talk about inept....that must be kinda embarrassing for him.

She ran the State Dept off that server. They werent private. They were State Dept documents.
Arent you bothered by this in the least? Or are you going with the "everyone does it" thing?

He has ONLY made statements for about a year. The questions OFFICAL have just started. He knows what he is doing. SHE turned over COPIES not originals. SHE DESTROYED originals.
Tampering with evidence.

RN is smiling, Someone finally leaned the damn lesson.

You know what the LAST moment in Hillary's political life will be and it's coming.
Hillary is going to have a John Dean moment, could be a month from now or even six but it's coming.

Stick with guns, those you apparently understand. Politics? Not a clue.

Clearly, Hillary used her time on the Nixon investigation to compile a "how to" list.

Democrats, Do you really want Hillary to be our next president?

You think something like this leads to felony charges???? Really???

Bush and Cheney destroyed 22,000 emails relating to the torture of captives during their "war on terror" and hardly anyone made a peep about it.

Reince Priebus's group in Wisconsin deleted emails that were court ordered to be turned over for the redistricting process in 2012, but not one official received any charges.

You could go on and on about deleted emails. Further the regs that everyone are making a fuss about never even wrote out punishments for violating the rules nor were there any specifics on how the data was stored, just that they had to turn over copies to the Record admin when they were done. And those rules weren't even formalized until after Hillary left the state department.

Everyone getting all ecstatic about Hillary going to jail are just too fueled up with emotion (aka hatred)
