Here we have another ruling that the police don't have to give one tiny F**k about your restraining order, and they won't be responsible when your stalker/ex husband or boyfriend ignores your piece of paper.

So....anti gunners...another question you guys refuse to answer....you ex husband or boyfriend states they are going to murder you.....

What do you want to carry to stop them....a piece of paper, called a restraining order.....or a gun?

Judge rejects lawyer’s police discrimination claim against domestic violence victims

Police are not liable for the killing of a domestic violence victim or for the shooting of another victim by her estranged husband in 2014, a federal judge ruled this month in dismissing a civil rights lawsuit against the Fresno Police Department.

Judge Dale A. Drozd ruled in U.S. District Court in Fresno that established law says “there is no constitutional right to be protected by the state against being murdered by criminals or madmen.”

there is, however, a Constitutional Right to own and carry a gun.......and a gun works a whole hell of a lot better stopping a killer than that piece of paper...
