There are plenty of Republicans who are now covered with health insurance thanks to Obamacare. Republicans should hate McConnell. McConnell spent so much time and effort battling Obamacare.....and one of the country's greatest Obamacare success stories is in McConnell's state.....it's appropriate that McConnell should be front and center on the cover in receiving his dose of Obamacare medicine.
