I have voted Republican in every presidental election except one. But what I am seeing from the GOP state legislators is insane.

Wisconsin State representative Donna Rozar thinks there can be "positive outcomes" in rape situations. And wants rape victims to see the "bright side".

And last, but certainly not least, the Oklahoma State legislature failed to pass a bill that would protect disabled students from corporal punishment. In other words, they think it is fine to hit a disabled student.

According to the link, there are an estimated 300,000 people in Minnesota without proper food. Roughly 5% of the population of the state.

Nobody is saying a murderer would get a slap on the wrist. But special ed students do not need to be hit by their teachers.
