What Higgins said -
“Prior to his arrest, Mr Nichols had no criminal background and served honorably in the United States Marine Corps. He continued to serve domestically in a search and rescue capacity, even being publicly recognised for his heroic actions on national television.”
What the insurrectionist said -
“It’s going to be violent and yes, if you are asking, ‘Is Ryan Nichols going to bring violence? Yes, Ryan Nichols is going to bring violence.’”

Not a difficult decision for the judge

Conservative values in action.

How many time shave we seen a Liberal judge and their Liberal values, let someone off easy who comitted a violent crime, only to see them once again commit an even worse crime even murder. Even going back to finish off that girlfriend or wife they had previously beaten up? And its always because those liberal values tend to see the Criminal as a Victim. These are your values Tommy, what the hell are you even talking about here?

I think one's reaction to the festivities of January 6th - referring to it as an "insurrection," for example, is a litmus test for idiocy.

Criminal conduct, yes. Insurrection? Fucking ridiculous.
Agreed.

Insurrection? Hell no.

Seditious conspiracy? Hell yes. Traitors.

Turdy in fine low IQ form .
No wonder nobody will give him work and he continues to squat in Wrexham FC Car Park .

You only say that because they failed so miserably.

They weren't there that day to investigate. They were there to certify the electoral college votes. Period.
The people there represented 74 million voters. That is 74 million reasons to cancel that days activities until the investigation was complete. Saying any different is truly fucking ridiculous.

The guy is responsible for his actions, no doubt. 100%. To be fair, though, they've been played. They really do think they're brave patriots saving the country they love.

This is just a really, really shitty situation. The only people who are really winning are those who are doing the manipulating.

That is because it is exactly who they are, hack.

Certainly think sentencing someone can be a tough decision for a judge.

In this case weighting the man’s history, with this one bad choice based on anger and emotions. The judge certainly can and should look at the entire person
