That's especially true of Donald Trump, who is a walking, talking heart attack waiting to happen. He's fat, addicted to junk food, and he gets no exercise. In Europe, when the other leaders, went on a walk about in Brussels, Trump was panting trying to keep up with them, and dropped out of the walking tour because people were noticing how out of shape he is.
Trump is 73 years old, and while he doesn't smoke or drink, his diet can best be described as "heart attack on a plate". McDonald's is some of the mostly unhealthy food you can eat. Fat, sugar, and chemicals. And diet soda. The worst. Add to that all of the stress of being President. Stress is a killer and Trump seems more stressed and unhinged every day.
